Volunteering at ReStore

We need help from November 1 – December 22 as we mobilize 1,000 volunteers to help us bring families home for the holidays. We especially need help at our Carter Place build and at each of our four ReStores. Please consider lending a helping hand as we work together to bring families home!

Volunteer Here!

ReStore is a fun environment that serves a solid purpose and is a great place to volunteer!
You’ll get to meet people, gain retail experience, learn new skills, use your others skills and more. You are also taking care of the environment, as ReStore keeps materials from going to landfills.

What does volunteering look like at Restore? You might be:

  • Helping customers
  • Stocking shelves
  • Loading/unloading products from the ReStore Donation Truck
  • Organizing items
  • Tidying
  • And other tasks

Oh – and lunch is on us!

The ReStore Volunteer Team (ReTeam) is a team of volunteers who want to strengthen the work of Habitat for Humanity through their commitment to and involvement with ReStore.

ReTeam members contribute at least two shifts every month.
Volunteering at ReStore helps:

  • build homes for local families
  • divert tons of materials from the landfills
  • provide affordable materials for Edmontonians to improve their homes.
