About

Habitat for Humanity Edmonton works to eliminate barriers to a better, healthier, more financially stable life. With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better future for themselves and their families. Habitat Edmonton has been giving a “hand up” to hard working families across northern Alberta since 1991. We firmly believe that home ownership brings stability, strength and self-reliance.

With one in every 10 families in the Edmonton area in need of affordable home ownership, the need has never been greater. Habitat is a key player in moving families into an affordable living situation in which they can thrive.
